The challenge it helped me to lose almost 20 pounds 188 on right pic 168 on left pic, I was afraid to do it cause I got traumatized with the only one challenge that I did at the other gym. I'm very happy that I decided to do this one, with Jose Mayoral and Nadia Jaramillo they were doing everything so easy, they are so caring about everything and everybody, the diet was so good and we have so many options that it never got bored, it’s my new favorite life style, and I'm ready for the next challenge. Down 10.2 pounds in 3 weeks choosing the right foods, working out & staying hydrated! This is a great start to creating a healthier lifestyle. Feeling good and having energy is more important than the number (weight) but clothes are fitting better now and my overall health is improving.
